Pro.com is a venture backed, technology based general contractor in home improvement and remodeling construction. We are a rapidly growing and maturing company with the vision to become the most convenient and reliable home improvement provider in the market.

We are looking for a B2B marketing manager that can take our relationships with professionals in the construction industry to new levels. Relationships with architects, designers, subcontractors, and other professionals are critical to success for Pro.com. This role is responsible for taking the lead in development and execution of marketing programs to support improved communication and relationships with these professionals.

The role will be a close partner with business development teams. The role requires a high degree of collaboration, with a need for capability both in program design, development and execution, as well as in personal interaction with Pro.com partners. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing to professionals, supporting our business development and subcontractor sourcing teams in developing programs to extend and improve our relationships with critical professional business partners
  • Create collateral, website, and other digital content that helps us to acquire new professional relationships as well as to cultivate existing relationships
  • Develop and execute reciprocal cross-promotion programs with business partners on social media sites and in developing online reviews for each others’ businesses
  • Evaluate local construction related organizations for Pro.com membership and participation
  • Evaluate, develop, and manage events to grow our community of partnerships and to cultivate existing relationships
  • This position requires a high degree of collaboration with people and departments outside of Marketing, including Business Development, Subcontractors, and local Project Management to achieve B2B marketing objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing including a broad range of experience in content development and programs to grow and deepen existing relationships
  • Self-driven and motivated, ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills demonstrated from experience developing content and communicating with customers and partners
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders and focus on the delivery of results
  • This position is based in the Seattle headquarters
