Campaign Analyst - Native Team
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable owning multiple Native ad networks, working with large budgets upwards of several hundred thousand dollars per month, and having a direct and visible impact on overall ROI. Our campaign analysts must have exceptional analytical skills and be passionate about data and quantitative information. This role will also work collaboratively with ad buyers in System1’s Los Angeles and Canadian offices, requiring excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. Candidates with previous Search Engine Marketing experience will do well in this role, especially with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Google, Bing, and Yahoo ad platforms.
The Role You Will Have
- Join and support an existing team of analysts managed by our Native Team Lead
- Work directly with System1's business intelligence, social ad marketing, and content strategy teams to increase overall traffic and spend while promoting ROI growth
- Independently own all minutiae of several ad networks: forecasting, driving traffic and growth, managing large-scale budgets, and providing data-based business solutions to the broader team
- Candidates with Python, R, and/or SQL scripting knowledge will have the opportunity to provide direct data analysis to the team

- A good eye for matching digital images to ad content and occasionally creating original written copy
- 2-3 years Search Engine Marketing or Native network experience
- Python, R, and/or SQL scripting a plus
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, and VLookup
- Familiarity with Google, Bing, and Yahoo ad platforms; and Google Analytics
- Bachelor's degree is not required, but a degree or relevant coursework in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, statistics, math, or accounting is a plus
