Marketing Campaign Manager

About the Role:
The Campaign Manager is a new role at Remitly that reports to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing. You will understand channel marketing and will support the launch of multi-channel campaigns from coordinating deliverables across teams through reporting results. In particular, you will work with the Partner Marketing program lead to create strategic co-marketing campaigns and with Product Marketing to launch localized multi-channel campaigns. You will work with Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to ensure the delivery of high impact marketing campaigns that result in new customer acquisition, retention and partner growth.
You Will:
- Project manage execution, monitoring, measurement and reporting for multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Partner with Business Development, Product Marketing, Creative, Project Management, Growth and Marketing Analytics teams to ensure successful campaign launches
- Work with channel marketers from digital, lifecycle and owned channels to understand ad inventory and analyze results
- Work with matrixed team members and marketing channel leads to discuss implementation-level tradeoffs and customer-affecting decisions
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation to support targets and commitments
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience project managing multi-channel and multi-partner marketing campaigns
- Comfort in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Channel marketing experience: Digital, paid, lifecycle, video, and above-the-line. You understand how each channel plays a role in acquiring new customers and driving retention.
- Analytical skills: Understand performance marketing data, with the ability to collect campaign data and use data to make informed recommendations.
