What We Are Looking For In This Role

As a Content Marketing Coordinator, you will join a talented team of digital marketers responsible for the customer journey including Web & App personalization, customization and site merchandising. You will partner with the Content, Product, Sales, and Media teams to quickly test and iterate on the customer journey and create visibility across the organization into key learnings and insights.

• Successful candidates will have a track record of success collaborating with small, scrappy teams to accomplish big goals.Here are some of your day-to-day responsibilities:
• Buila and track improvements to the customer journey including customization, personalization and retention.
• Work with content marketing manager to execute complex, high-judgment merchandising decisions.
• Maintain and execute a site merchandising calendar.
• Measure and report KPIs on the site merchandising experience and customer metrics within the web & app experience.
• Execute the test plan for on-site and in app merchandising and experiences to optimize for retention and conversion.
• Be a Leafly product expert and evangelist and a champion for the user in all decisions
• Support/ regional and global product launches and tentpole events with lifecycle strategies that drive conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, or related fields
• Track record of high performance in fast-paced tech, startup or e-commerce environments.
• A self-starter with the ability to thrive in chaos and resolve ambiguity with creative problem solving
• Strong analytical experience turning consumer and market data/insights into impactful strategies
• Ability to easily transition from big picture strategic thinking to detailed execution planning
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
• Track record of prioritizing work streams and programs effectively with competing priorities
• Very strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Must be a collaborative team-player
• Sense of humor – ability to stay cool under pressure
• Flexible, willing to help when and where needed
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
