Job Summary

We are looking for an amazing content marketing manager to own the marketing funnel for our pharmaceutical business. You will be in charge of developing and executing on marketing campaigns, including the writing and producing of various types of content such as sales sheets, blog posts, and webinars, in order to expand our company’s digital footprint. This role will be responsible for generating new leads for the business, as well as nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Generate inbound leads and nurture through sales funnel
  • Collaborate with product and sales team, as well as industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
  • Promote content across multiple marketing channels, including sales materials (email campaigns, infographics, webinars, media kits), company blog, social media platforms and various publications
  • Define and track key marketing metrics to measure campaign performance

Position Requirements

  • 2-5 years of content marketing and lead generation experience
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable taking the initiative
  • Embraces a fast-paced environment and evolving with a rapidly changing market
  • Ability to dig deep / conduct market research, disseminate key findings to broader team
  • Client-facing role - must be comfortable building and maintaining client relationships
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Pharmaceutical and startup experience a major plus

Desired Software Experience

  • Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
  • WordPress
  • MailChimp
  • Experience with web presentation tools (GoToMeeting, join.me)
  • Salesforce
  • Adobe Creative Suite (desired)
