We provide strategic advisory and business planning, pricing strategy, marketing, content creation and optimization, catalog management, inventory management, and reporting data and software for our diverse set of clients.

We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for a Corporate Marketing Specialist to add to our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all marketing activities. Together with leadership, you will work on our marketing strategy, brand messaging and marketing content. Communication, execution, collaboration, organization and follow-up are your strengths! You’ll be a living, breathing Trello board, i.e. the go-to person for details, dates, and deliverables related to our marketing programs. You will also be the primary owner of social media, webinars/events, and the marketing calendar. Additionally, you will provide support for internal and external communications, content management, and product marketing, working with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as agencies and vendors.

At Ideoclick, we work as a distributed team. While we maintain a corporate presence in Seattle, WA; our employees have the flexibility to work from the location they choose, and we are open to this role living/working anywhere in the US.

What you’ll do:

  • Own social media content development, posting, and responses
  • Amplify products, customers, partners and brand through social media
  • Support the Events Strategy – both internal and external
  • Own webinar planning, content creation, and digital production activities
  • Own events-related social media posts as well as list management to capitalize upon those events
  • Own the marketing calendar as it relates to content marketing, industry events, speaking engagements, special customer events and our monthly webinar series
  • Engage with internal and external content creators to write, edit, and publish content for the website, emails, webinars and for business development
  • Support sourcing, writing and editing of internal communications
  • Own setup and distribution of communications through email, HubSpot our similar application
  • Support sourcing, writing, editing and distribution of client communications consisting of Amazon updates, industry news, products and services, and other broad client announcements to clients
  • Manage the Communications Calendar
  • Support PR and communication activities for Ideoclick’s growing network of service partners (press releases, announcements, media relations, events, social media, etc.)
  • Review and approve partner press releases as needed
  • Support marketing communications in support of product and service launches
  • Be up to the minute on eCommerce industry news, trends, content, events, and social listening, etc. and convert this into relevant marketing opportunities for product, marketing, thought leadership and lead generation
  • Prepare a monthly dashboard representing key Marketing metrics

What you’ve done:

  • Spent 3-5 years in public relations, communications, content marketing or social media engagement
  • Effectively supported and executed on marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Gained experience building and owning communications, content, marketing, or other calendars
  • Successfully drove social media strategy/engagement
  • Collaborated cross-functionally, both internally and with external clients/agencies
  • Managed deadline driven projects
