We’re looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to plan and execute highly effective, visible, multi-touch and multi-channel marketing programs targeting specific customer accounts. You will be responsible for aligning yourself with the customer advocacy team and helping them exceed expansion and cross-sell quotas.

In addition, this role will be responsible for working with a cross functional team to identify customer success stories and manage customer evidence including but not limited to written case studies, video case studies, online reviews and customer reference requests.

The position reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Marketing in our Bellevue, Washington headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Customer Advocacy team to develop strategic customer expansion and cross-sell campaigns aimed at increasing revenue within existing accounts.
  • Monitor a variety of data feeds for target customer account engagement and intent to purchase signals and communicate in real-time to Marketing and Customer Advocacy.
  • Build and maintain personalized content landing pages for target customer accounts.
  • Develop personalized messaging for target customer accounts based on key business pains/needs and stage in buying journey.
  • Drive engagement at customer target accounts through integrated campaigns consisting of in-person events, personalized display ads, paid social ads, email signature banners and direct mail programs.
  • Build deep familiarity with current and planned offers aimed at customers—content, customer webinars, product roadmap demos, customer connects events, customer advisory board events, and coach Customer Advocacy on which offers and events to promote at any given time.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and continually optimize to reduce sales cycle time and increase win rate.
  • Participate in annual, quarterly, and bi-weekly planning sessions, and attend daily Marketing standup.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with internal staff, resources and outside vendors on creative design elements, production, digital media, and event promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sales or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably with a B2B SaaS company.
  • Office365 proficiency: effectively manage email and schedule Outlook meetings, create pivot tables in Excel, build compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat is preferred but not required.
  • Experience building outbound email programs using marketing and sales automation tools like Pardot and Outreach is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using Salesforce to capture, track and report on leads is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with online and offline marketing programs with knowledge of current trends, media and tools.
  • Must pay maniacal attention to detail and quality control.
  • Experience in building and optimizing outbound marketing programs based on performance data, ground level feedback from sales and understanding of the business.
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful and get-it-done results orientation.
  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
