What You’ll Do
Through a deep understanding of our customers, products and the buyer’s journey, and working closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion, the Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for promoting and raising awareness of Valant’s product and propositions of value, with the ultimate goal of creating actionable, sales-ready leads for the sales team in line with budgeted needs and expectations to support our growth. This will be accomplished by working closely with Sales Leadership, Executive Leadership, and others to create effective content for the public by way of advertisements, samples, and reading materials. Will also be responsible for contributing to the creation and implementation of nurture campaigns to create ever-growing awareness and demand from within our Marketing database. Weekly reporting to the CRO on key KPIs and projects, as well as occasional cross-functional and board-level presentations will be needed.

What You’ll Need
Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing strategy, lead generation and execution
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent project management skills
  • Results oriented with passion and drive to dramatically grow business results
  • Experience with Marketo
  • Ability to design, execute, and measure email marketing and nurture campaigns
  • Proficient in growing contacts and lead sources
  • Thorough understanding of lead scoring, MQLs, and managing to funnel conversions via variety of lead generation techniques
  • Ability to define strategies based on goals and data, and translate into actionable test and implementation plans
  • Solid track record of creating, and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid analytical, “test & learn” mindset with the mentality to continually assess KPIs to monitor business performance
  • Growing distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, Writing, or related
  • Expertise on the master KPIs of cost per lead and funnel conversion metrics

Preferred

  • Understanding of the Behavioral Health ecosystem helpful, but not mandatory
