Role
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing on Card Kingdom's strategic plan set by the Director of Digital Marketing. This role will lead Card Kingdom's marketing team and marketing efforts, including managing campaigns, customer acquisition and retention, and competitive positioning.
This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and project manage holistic marketing campaigns for new products and initiatives
  • Evolve the success of current channels and explore new channel opportunities
  • Build and implement strategies that ensure our customers have a successful acquisition path, stay engaged, and don't churn
  • Partner with in-house marketing and external agencies to define project requirements and manage deliverables
  • Partner with our design team to create compelling assets across all modes of delivery
  • Provide consistent channel level and campaign-based reporting
  • Drive quarterly planning discussions and documentation for marketing
  • Conduct competitive analysis within and outside of our industry
  • Manage and coach a team to encourage professional development
  • Ensure Card Kingdom's brand is properly represented throughout all materials and channels
  • Create an unrivaled customer experience by understanding and articulating customer needs, and ensuring the customer communication strategy remains consistent
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives
  • Communicate cross-departmental needs, and customer impact and be responsible for marketing communication throughout the organization
  • Stay up to date and report on industry trends


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of online marketing ecosystems, including email, SMS, social, search, and display advertising
  • Proficiency using Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing digital marketing performance
  • Experience guiding internal teams and agency partners to achieve results
  • Strength in distilling strategy into actionable work
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Highly accountable self-starter
