About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced, creative, and collaborative leader who will up-level our content marketing to own the conversation in the sales enablement category. The ideal candidate is a passionate expert in content marketing capable of driving thematic, integrated content marketing programs. You’ll apply proven experience in thought leadership, localization, and content analytics to collaborate across marketing in executing longtail campaigns that compel our prospects and customers with a differentiated perspective – ultimately driving engagement and pipeline growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate across marketing functions to develop a content marketing strategy that drives integrated, thematic campaigns executed across all marketing channels and impacting every stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • Develop, curate, and manage content that creates urgency for sales enablement and affinity for Highspot for prospects in the early stages of the buyer’s journey and customers who need to mature their enablement strategy. 
  • Partner with our EMEA and Website marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive localization strategy that will enable us to effectively scale our content marketing programs globally.
  • Empower our creative content manager to develop compelling content in a wide range of formats and, together, continue maturing our content marketing operations, including content audits, mapping, analysis, reporting, and overall program evolution. 
  • Partner with our Demand Generation team to strategize, execute, iterate, and continually improve our use of content marketing to drive prospect demand and customer affinity for Highspot. 
  • Partner with our communications team to align thought leadership content with our brand narrative and overall awareness programs. 

Your Background:

  • Experienced leader who has led, or helped lead, content marketing at a global scale with deep expertise in localization and integrated marketing strategy
  • Proven track record of driving urgency, affinity, and, ultimately, a pipeline through content marketing, specifically experience developing integrated campaigns that use a differentiated perspective to engage buyers 
  • A player-coach who can create a visionary content strategy and partner with your direct reports to execute it
  • Energetic collaborator with a track record of building deep partnerships across global marketing functions, sales, and executive leadership
  • Inspiring leader who can bring peers and leaders “along for the ride”, while also supporting, energizing, and developing your own team
  • Content marketing expert who is comfortable hosting, presenting, and speaking at events
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; a clear understanding of best practices for measuring content impact and operationalizing content strategy through audits, mapping, and reporting
  • 7+ years of experience leading high-performing content programs
  • 3+ years of experience leading and growing a team

Location

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
