Your role and impact

98point6 is looking for a performance-oriented and collaborative demand generation specialist to oversee our inbound and outbound lead generation programs. As an individual contributor, you’ll be creating and scaling targeted B2B efforts that drive prospect engagement and sales opportunities. You will be responsible for defining and executing a variety of campaigns designed to drive high-quality digital traffic and generate leads that result in pipeline creation and revenue. This role will partner closely with the Commercial Marketing and Digital Sales teams and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.

 

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Commercial Marketing and content creators to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive Marketing Qualified Leads, pipeline and revenue
  • Promote a range of assets through a variety of mediums to optimize for inbound activity; drive program efficiencies that accelerate pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with Digital Sales on focused lead generation and nurture programs; ensure opportunities and pipeline leads are measured accurately
  • Lead the development and execution of digital events and webinars including platform management
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the consumer’s journey
  • Plan and execute campaigns to retain and expand existing commercial relationships
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaigns and develop dashboards to communicate results to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate B2B digital agency efforts, expectations and budgets
Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience in B2B demand generation; experience in fast-paced technology company a plus
  • Proven success partnering with marketing teams/content creators and overseeing B2B agency resources 
  • Experience with marketing automation including A/B testing, customer segmentation and analytics, as well as strong proficiency with technology tools that support these efforts
  • Highly adaptable and willing to move between contributing strategically and rolling-up sleeves on day-to-day execution
  • Proficiency in sourcing and analyzing data to optimize and make effective campaign decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and/or healthcare buyers/decision-makers a plus
