About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced, imaginative, and energetic leader to build our North American Field Marketing strategy and take our Events to the next level. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, a builder’s mentality, creative flair for field marketing programs and event strategy, and strong collaboration skills. You’ll apply proven experience to creating and executing field marketing and events programs that impact every stage of our sales funnel, from acquisition to decision. 


What You'll Do

  • Build and execute our North American field Marketing and events strategy to support quarterly revenue and pipeline goals
  • Manage and work with our Events Manager to build a thriving field marketing and events function that evolves our events strategy amidst the shifting landscape of events; execute a variety of events from third-party conferences, to workshops and executive roundtables
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report the impact of our field marketing campaigns and events on MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue, and average contract value; use strong quantitative skills to interpret data and gain insights, and then translate these insights into action
  • Partner and collaborate with our EMEA Marketing, Partner Marketing, Community, and Enablement teams to develop shared best practices, build an integrated strategy, and support Highspot’s marquee events – Spark and Momentum
  • Work with our Revenue Operations team to develop the necessary systems to scale our programs and with our sales leadership team on the types of engagements and experiences that will influence revenue from net-new, to retention and expansion, to cross-sell
  • Partner with our Demand Generation team on our Account-Based Marketing strategy, using field marketing as a vital lever in driving revenue at named accounts

Your Background

  • Experienced builder who is agile, creative, resourceful, and tenacious and can reinvent events and field marketing as virtual and hybrid programs 
  • Energetic collaborator with a track record of building deep partnerships across marketing, enablement, operations, and sales
  • 8+ years of experience managing field marketing and events for B2B lead acquisition and funnel acceleration
  • Proven history of successfully executing both field marketing and third-party events programs, including virtual and in-person formats
  • 3+ years experience leading and growing a team 
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Location

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
