Archwell Holdings is a multi-faceted investment company focused on financial services.  Within Archwell Holdings are operating companies designed to support mortgage lenders, partnering with various providers and vendors that are part of the mortgage business ecosystem. This role will support the Archwell companies, to include Xpanse, Archwell Solutions, Archwell Essentials, Harrison National Employment, and others.

The Marketing Director will be the Company’s first marketing hire.  Their role will be to launch & lead Archwell’s marketing efforts across content, creative, digital & print with a special focus on designing & implementing a strong digital marketing strategy. The role has broad-ranging responsibilities, so the successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities, direct internal and external resources and manage multiple programs in order deliver a crisp brand message that ultimately leads to market awareness and revenue growth. This role is an integral part of the company offering growth potential.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop key narratives that elevate the Archwell corporate brand.
  2. Generate coverage of Archwell via various platforms to produce brand awareness and drive both near and long-term business impact.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Track conversion rates, making improvements where necessary.
  4. Oversee the social media strategy and campaign marketing for the company. Maximize company presence on various channels.
  5. Review new technologies and keeps the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  6. Implement data-driven and user-centered methodologies to drive KPIs.
  7. Design best-in-class processes to collect data and customer/client feedback to inform business decisions. Proactively report outcomes and tactics to senior leaders.

Education and Experience:

  1. BA/BS degree, marketing or communications emphasis preferred or commensurate additional experience.
  2. 7 - 10 years’ experience within corporate PR, marketing or communications with expertise on digital marketing, email campaign management, advertising, or other analytical online marketing function.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. An ownership mindset and ability to lead programs from conception to completion.
  2. A willingness to experiment and challenge conventional assumptions
  3. Strategic and analytical point-of-view, capable of making recommendations and data-driven decisions based on market trends, sales performance and market dynamics.
  4. Demonstrated project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects in varying degrees of implementation.
  5. Creative thinker with ability to develop effective communications concepts.
  6. Expert skills in media relations, writing, message development and reputation management.
  7. Excellent written and oral communications and organizational skills, performing effective demonstrations for varied audiences.
  8. Incredible organization skills and attention to detail.
