We provide strategic advisory and business planning, pricing strategy, marketing, content creation and optimization, catalog management, inventory management, and reporting data and software for our diverse set of clients.

We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for a talented Director of Marketing to join our team!

As a Director of Marketing at Ideoclick, you are responsible for driving our clients’ revenue growth through the strategic review, structuring and implementation of digital marketing plans on Amazon and other ecommerce channels. You are a subject-matter-expert (SME) in the Amazon Advertising and DSP platforms, as well as the Amazon Sales channel and broader ecommerce operations. The Director of Marketing manages, coaches, and mentors a small team of Marketing Managers and is committed to discovering, testing, and standardizing the best marketing practices and sharing/demonstrating those to the team. You will be responsible for leading strategic conversations, setting KPIs and goals and presenting marketing recommendations to our largest clients, based on historical data, client category and any significant nuances. You will also review performance with those clients and optimize as needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver excellent client satisfaction through management of daily client relationships
  • Proactively and autonomously identify and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions through SEM and Display Ads
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a small team of Marketing Managers
  • Act as the point of contact for both internal and client management
  • Coach and educate clients on key business drivers and inputs
  • Analyze and optimize delivery and ecommerce campaign performance
  • Work with Client Success and Content teams to develop annual marketing calendars for AMS, DSP, content improvements, and promotions
  • Help determine marketing pipeline priorities and present opportunities and obstacles to the Director of Client Success
  • Create and streamline reporting and best practices
  • Develop and implement internal Amazon Advertising process and procedure documentation
  • Work with the Director of Client Success and the Software Development team to research and run product development improvements for Ideoclick’s proprietary software platform

What you’ve got:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Communications, Advertising or equivalent professional experience (preferred, not required)
  • Extensive Ecommerce and/or Digital Marketing Experience, agency experience preferred
  • People management, mentorship and/or coaching experience or a strong desire to move into a team lead position
  • Proficient/Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to work independently even through ambiguity
  • Ability to articulate thoughts clearly, professionally, and calmly even in the face of large obstacles or difficult situations

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically
  • You relish feedback and aren’t afraid to share your own when necessary.
