From defining differentiated value propositions to creating innovative Go-To-Market strategies, this highly visible leader will help influence the growth trajectory of Stackline’s Full-Funnel Connected Commerce solutions. This leader will work with cross-functional teams from sales, product, technology, and operations to drive marketing strategies across all client segments to ensure our continued leadership and exponential growth trajectory. We want someone who wants to dive deep into the needs of the customer while also understanding the ins-and-outs of all of our products. This is a new role, so we want someone who won’t hesitate jumping into the deep end. If you are up for the challenge, we’d love to have you on the team.

 


Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with product, define and execute on product strategy and roadmap that will support Stackline’s financial goals
  • Define compelling, differentiated value propositions and help drive the GTM strategy through internal and external sales channels
  • Development of strategic positioning, packaging and brand identity for B2B and B2B2C products across multiple verticals and business segments
  • Ability to build, own and execute the messaging, product naming, branding, marketing collateral, lead generation and nurturing, and marketing campaign strategy
  • Develop innovative marketing plans targeted to specific audiences that drive awareness and preference
  • Develop creative assets, and unique experiences that engage targeted sales teams, clients and partners
  • Conduct Research to understand and report on competitive threats to drive our responses and sales action planning
  • Identify customer needs, preferences, segmentation, buyer behavior and influencers to define positioning competitive solution positioning internally and externally
  • Create propositions and reference materials for all channels: Build relationships and collaborate cross-firm with other marketing teams, sales enablement, channel partnerships, and other leaders
  • Execute product thought leadership – Manage and facilitate creation, editing, design, internal and external announcements, web postings, etc.
  • Utilize enablement tools through Revenue Operations and Sales enablement to drive sales and activations
  • Evangelize Stackline solutions and coordinate with external and internal communications teams to execute strategies and campaigns for a wide range of audiences and earned media opportunities

Desired Skills

  • 5-10+ years of experience in product marketing leadership position is required for this role, preferably in SaaS, with concentration to one of more of the following industry disciplines: Ecommerce, B2B Data, Business Services, Customer Relationship Management, or Advertising Technology.
  • 3+ years relevant corporate B2B and/or B2B2C marketing experience, preferably in supporting complex solutions for enterprise-level clients
  • Experience in launching and scaling new and existing products, driving high impact marketing programs and campaigns, with metric driven KPIs. Ability to understand complex products and solutions and ways to position their value to end users
  • Relentlessly curious, customer centric and data driven, a master in translating data into practical insights
  • Strong familiarity with analytical and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Exposure to integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results; must be fluent in digital and social media channels
  • Preparation of strong persuasive written and verbal communications – able to write compelling stories around our offerings and influence both internal and external audiences.

  • Ability to collaborate with internal team members and external agencies/partners
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
