About the Role:
The Email Marketing Manager is highly creative and has experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. They are highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to re-prioritize when needed—a strong communicator with 2+ years of B2B and lead generation email marketing, testing, and data analysis. The role will primarily be focused on lead generation email marketing and be responsible for nurture, drip, newsletters, and sales emails aimed at generating new sales-qualified leads that are then handed over to the sales team to close.
This is a FT remote position.
Email Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
· Own the outbound and lead generation email marketing campaigns to generate and warm leads, and increase sales.
· Work alongside the Sr. Email Marketing Manager, Marketing, and Sales to execute the marketing campaigns.
· Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, products, and customer journeys
· Evaluate end-to-end experience. Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points
· Help develop promotional email strategies to drive leads and sales.
· Build and maintain lead generation lists and segments.
· Continuously test email campaigns to ensure the highest possible performance.
· Ensure all outreach follows industry standards and best practices.
· Shared graphic design and copy responsibility for all email assets.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities in a Email Marketing Manager:
· 2+ years of B2B lead generation email marketing experience
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
· Proven marketing experience in B2B and lead generation email marketing.
· Analyzing campaign ROI by capturing and tracking campaign performance metrics and providing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
· Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, HubSpot preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
· Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
· Well-organized
· Energetic, passionate, creative, resourceful
