As Enterprise Marketing Manager you will be responsible for scaling and executing ABM programs targeting a core set of Global 1000 accounts in partnership with our Strategic Accounts Team. The ideal candidate is curious, courageous, and authentic with an ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. You will employ ABM techniques, grounded in the Challenger Sale/Challenger Customer principles, to achieve our ABM program goals. This position reports to the Senior Account Based Marketing Manager and is located at our headquarters in Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute ABM programs and plays that align with our global ABM strategy and result in substantial new sales opportunity creation.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategic Accounts sales team and field marketing to curate the content required to execute best-in-class ABM programs which result in substantial pipeline and account growth.
  • Repurpose and customize existing programs, plays, and content to reach new audiences within accounts.
  • Proactively engage with the Strategic Accounts field and inside sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of ABM marketing activities.
  • Enable sales teams to execute in partnership with you on the ABM strategy for the account(s).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles, target personas, and contacts to align Marketing and Sales in defining the target audience required to achieve your program goals and objectives.
  • Track key metrics that demonstrate success of your ABM programs and investments in support of Strategic Accounts demand generation goals/objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent discipline
  • 4-6 years of experience working in B2B companies with a focus on enterprise level accounts
  • 1-2 years experience running successful multi-touch and multi-channel programs to Global 1000 accounts
  • Familiarity with the application of Challenger Sale/Challenger Customer principles in ABM strategies and programs preferred
  • Experience across a broad range of activities, including, but not exclusive to, engagement nurturing (i.e. email, direct mail), content creation (i.e. ebooks, videos), and sales enablement (i.e. Inside Sales follow up, call scripts)
  • Past sales experience is a plus
  • Experience collaborating with teams across the entire customer journey--field marketing, field sales, inside sales, customer success, etc.
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau (or equivalents).
  • Experience with ABM vendors is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report on leading program performance metrics as well as revenue, influence, and ROI metrics
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with sales
  • Customer-centric, outcomes-focused, self-starter, problem solver, detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and effectively manage time; excellent verbal and written communication skills
