Your role and impact

We are looking for an Events Marketing Manager to plan and execute programs within enterprise accounts (employee education, benefits fairs, etc.), as well as support consumer and partner-facing events. This role is responsible for identifying and developing event opportunities, managing to a timeline and budget as well as developing support staff and overseeing vendors. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the growth of the 98point6 membership base and help create a memorable experience with our brand. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive 98point6 awareness and adoption at patient-facing events and activities
  • Source and develop support staff for patient-facing events and activities across the country
  • Support partner-facing and lead-generation events to ensure consistent brand experiences
  • Continually optimize in-person programs and activities
  • Manage relationships with vendors, clients, partners and agencies from concept through execution of events and activities
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure programs are aligned and integrated with existing campaigns and efforts
  • Establish metrics to quantify progress/impact, continually measure and communicate results

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Comfort with external client and consumer-facing interactions and communications
  • Experience overseeing vendors, partners or agencies
  • Experience driving cross-functional work; experience working with business development or sales a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and move quickly without sacrificing the details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Some travel required
