Through our global Death Over Dinner platform and our bi-annual Love and Death live events, we have already tapped into the growing cultural demand for the tools and resources people require to face end of life with vitality, open communication, and preparedness.

The Experiences & Community Associate will help oversee experiences (both virtual and in person) hosted on our events platform by the EOL team. You will provide support for our EOL Community of providers and members and work directly with the Director of Experiences & Community to ensure all EOL experiences run smoothly. You will be providing an enhanced experience to our providers and attendees, strategic consultation and planning of EOL & provider events, as well as event set up and live event support.

What you'll do:

  • Manage logistical arrangements on events calendar with our Director of Experiences and Community, from pre-planning phase to onsite execution
  • Responsible for the execution and management of event landing pages
  • Liaise with the support team to ensure they have proper lead time and information to quickly and efficiently provide support to attendees and providers
  • Provide regular feedback and updates on event timeline progress to Director of Experiences and other key stakeholders
  • Manage RSVP lists and pre-, during-, and post-attendee communications
  • Post-event reporting of onsite and virtual experiences to help create and refine best practices

Who we're looking for:

  • 3+ years as an Event Planner / Coordinator or similar relevant experience
  • Experience with Zoom Webinars, Microsoft Office Products and event platforms
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to thrive in and fast paced, changing environment
  • Sense of urgency and ability to quickly respond to provider and attendee requests
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Experience in the End of Life space or an interest in helping people prepare for End of Life is a plus
