The Role

We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic event marketer to join the Demand Generation team. This position is responsible for working directly with the Sr. Field Marketing Manager to execute small to medium sized regional events. Successful candidates will possess impeccable communication skills both written and oral and must be incredibly organized and detail oriented - managing the logistics of multiple events simultaneously.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Work cross-functionally to produce best-in-class events for prospects, customers, and partners
  • Understand buyer personas and market segments and work with the Sr. Field Marketing Manager to build a field events calendar to support each initiative
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on all logistics (including working with vendors) for all field marketing events in North America, including trade shows, customer trainings, partner events, targeted events, etc.
  • Manage, organize, and ship inventory for national events including booths, promotional goods and marketing literature - both in-house and outside vendor warehouses 
  • Collaborate with demand gen team on programs that drive pre-show interest, attendance, and post-show conversion activity and engagement 
  • Align with key stakeholders, such as sales and PR to maximize value and accelerate deals
  • Work directly with the sales team to identify customers & prospects from target accounts and create dedicated invite and follow up sequences
  • Support internal communication across multiple departments (sales, marketing, customer success) on expectations, goals, deliverables, event logistics, acquisition of attendee & sponsor lists, and performance
  • Report on the impact that field events have on top target accounts, including account engagement and pipeline growth. This includes ensuring that attribution is being correctly and properly reported.

Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Event Marketing role
  • Experience effectively coordinating event sponsorships including many tasks, internal communications, and handling tight deadlines
  • Experience managing multiple events at once, often consecutively and across multiple regions
  • Ability to analyze & interpret metrics around field marketing performance
  • Basic understanding of the sales pipeline funnel
  • Willingness to travel to events as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo/Pardot, Outreach (a plus) and 3rd Party Integrated Tools
  • Copywriting is a plus
  • Experience with B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Excellent written and presentation skills; extremely detail-oriented and ability to handle ambiguity
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – both spoken and written
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams (including remote colleagues) and at all levels of an organization
