Possible is a venture-backed consumer fintech company that radically reinvented small-dollar loans to make them more affordable and sustainable to help everyone improve their financial health. Building on that success, Possible is adding two additional product categories in our pursuit of making financial services more fair and affordable.

In this role, you will report to the VP of Growth and own all digital marketing channels. You'll accelerate customer growth through optimizations, new channels, A/B testing, and creative strategy. In addition, you'll have the chance to test and market ground-breaking new products coming down the pipe that will transform consumer banking. This is a foundational position; we also are looking for a person who can grow the function as we grow the company.

A successful candidate will have extensive experience in growth and customer acquisition marketing, preferably at a FinTech or app-focused company. Previously, you'll have led multi-million dollar advertising budgets and proven you can scale both fast and efficiently. You are an authority on major performance marketing platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc, and are comfortable using analytics tools like Tableau, SQL, or Excel.

What we are looking for

• Proven track record to set and own digital marketing goals and metrics
• Strong expertise driving multi-channel advertising campaigns through digital advertising
• Leadership, ability to collaborate across functions and build this portion of marketing as the first member of the team
• Deep experimentation experience and attitude with a track record of implementing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns, and translating data and qualitative understanding into insights and action
• BS/MS in Math, Science, Finance, or other quantitative fields
• Bonus: FinTech experience, mobile app advertising

Work hours:

Possible is fully distributed and has team members across the US and in Asia and Latin America. Our primary coordination hours are 9a to 3p Pacific Time.
