We are looking for a Head of Marketing for our Construction & Utilities Business Unit to evolve and enhance the brand message and marketing strategy for our rapidly expanding business. In this role, the Head of Marketing will define and solidify EagleView's brand and placement as an innovative market leader, further evangelize our value proposition, and develop market strategies to drive global success.

The candidate should have a track-record of driving significant revenue impact ideally in a marketplace environment and the capacity to attract, build and lead top-level, high-performing marketing employees. In addition, the incumbent will have a strong enterprise marketing and creative background, a history of building strong brands, and the business acumen to lead the BU marketing initiatives in the execution of EagleView's strategic objectives

Primary Responsibilities

  • Position the company as a thought leader among customers influencers, and against competitors. Direct and manage all content including earned, owned digital media and offline campaigns to gain more brand engagement, creating a competitive advantage and brand differentiation to increase our market share and brand awareness.
  • Define and implement effective digital marketing strategies including content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media and more.
  • Create and execute monthly/quarterly marketing plans, determining how to most effectively leverage the budget, team, and resources for maximized brand awareness and membership generation.Strategically manage all aspects of the BU's marketing budget.
  • Conceive and implement strategic customer and partner advisory councils to validate customer insight, review product roadmaps and sharpen strategies to fine tune customer success processes.
  • Position EagleView with industry analysts, drive mind-share and ensure message pull through in analyst reports of our core message and net-positive coverage in the media channels
  • Drive media engagements for the company's key executives and technology leaders
  • Support HR to deploy brand narrative into employment brand to drive recruitment and employee retention and satisfaction
  • Go-to-market: Integrate the go-to-market process from product launch through Sales and Services.Increase and maximize cross sell and upsell opportunities designed to increase the customer's lifetime value.
  • Attract, develop and retain a high-performing team based on strengths, talents, group dynamics and business needs and provide clear direction, feedback and development.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales leads to define the key value proposition for the company and its products.
  • Accelerate the build-out of EagleView's analytics capabilities by using current tools and implementing new tools that will help identify critical information used to better inform our marketing, messaging, and media approaches.
  • Must have 10+ years' experience aggressively improving revenue, through marketing, brand and PR efforts, by driving new customers to our pipeline. Experience selecting the appropriate channels to grow customer base and increasing engagement, across various segments, to yield a strong increase in revenues directly derived from channel efforts.
  • Over twelve years of marketing experience with direct experience in both B-to-B and B-to-C environments. Proven track record leading a marketing team at in a $100 million plus revenue generating organization.
  • Proven effectiveness with Customer Experience Marketing and software as a service models.
  • Brand management for B-to-B and B-to-C organizations, including extending current brands into new markets, managing brands through acquisition and developing a new brand; ability to demonstrate the brand's role in the marketing ecosystem
  • Distinctive problem solving and thought leadership, including a strong track record of independently and proactively identifying bold and creative new initiatives, building a strong business case for them and leading their implementation
  • Experience deploying an annual marketing budget across a variety of different channels and programs, all designed to achieve optimal customer acquisition and retention
  • Strong analytical skills such that data-driven business cases in favor of preferred marketing strategies and tactics can be presented. Proven ability to tie demand creation efforts directly to sales pipeline, including inbound marketing, direct response marketing,
  • Experience in running marketing around the globe including managing marketing in EMEA, NA, LATAM and APAC, country marketing and shared services that support global marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the infrastructure requirements of marketing, including marketing automation, web marketing, business intelligence and marketing point tools (e.g. email)
  • A successful track record of effective leadership in a fast-moving, high growth, global technology company
  • Impeccable ethics and integrity is a must.
  • Marketing experience within Construction, Industrial, Energy verticals a plus
