About the Role

The Regional Head of Marketing is supporting exponential growth through highly engaged and empowered people by building, leading, and continuously developing marketing resources across the region. Responsibilities include budget management as well as developing and executing strategic marketing plans in close alignment with the region's key stakeholders and the global marketing organization.  

 

This person should be recognized as an expert in delivering marketing strategies and developing plans to help establish Infobip's brand and image. They are expected to apply internal processes efficiently and consistently while ensuring the highest standards in executing regional marketing activities. The Regional Head of Marketing must also ensure that all marketing activities take into account the global marketing and communications OKRs/strategy and the region's business goals.  

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver high-impact regional Marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to support Brand visibility, create awareness, and drive engagement.  
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including developing and managing an annual marketing budget. 
  • Ensure appropriate sign-off on spending according to the region's policy and planned cash flow. 
  • Maximize local brand presence and enhance brand affinity through a strong public relations and communications strategy, and ensure content and communication strategy is consistent and reflects the regional business goals and overall regional Marketing OKRs.
  • Drive projects and oversee functions, including media relations, event planning, and digital engagement strategies for business growth and reach.
  • Oversee the regional content strategy and develop and implement effective and engaging content for distribution via regional channels.  
  • Oversee the regional events strategy and calendar and drive innovative events and webinars to increase brand equity and visibility in the region.
  •  Collaborate with the Regional Demand Generation team to support regional plans for growth by implementing comprehensive thought leadership, engagement, and awareness solution campaigns.  
  • Manage Regional Customer marketing programs and partner with Infobip's Global Customer Marketing team to deliver high-impact regional activities to support existing customers and grow solutions awareness footprint in the region.
  • Boost brand affinity and ensure the implementation of the Regional P2P Influencer Program by building and cultivating relationships with key local and regional influencers in the industry. 
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to align on global campaigns and support regional initiatives that require global support and resources.  
  • Collaborate with other Regional heads to elevate regional performance through sharing of ideas and initiatives across multiple regions.  
  • Forecast, track and report on Regional Campaigns' KPIs and results and provide recommendations to enhance the performance of regional campaigns regularly.
  • Lead, support, and develop Regional Marketing team according to the designed strategy and in line with company direction.

What to Bring

  • Recognized as an expert in the delivery of marketing strategies and solutions and applying internal processes in an efficient and consistent manner.
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing and leading Marketing teams in North America within a multi-national organization
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Brand, or related creative field.
  • Experience in Marketing in the B2B / Technology industry.
  • Experience building and managing a Marketing team in North America.
  • Experience within SaaS companies highly preferred.
  • Product Marketing experience, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Marketing tools: Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Tableau, and/or QlikSense.
  • Ability to travel 15-20% for regional events.
  • Attend specialized training and education abroad when available.

Education/Training

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

This position is open to Remote or Jersey City, NJ.

Our company is in the Lower Queen Anne area with a beautiful view of Elliott Bay. The office is a short distance to a variety of restaurants/shops.
