What you will own:

As LivePerson’s Head of Product Marketing you will lead a team of product marketing managers, serving as the subject matter experts on  LivePerson solutions and how they solve key business problems across target vertical. This position and the team will closely work with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop content, tools, resources, and programs to drive adoption of LivePerson’s conversational solutions. This is a results-focused role and you will be responsible for closely measuring the impact of marketing programs and how they drive product and revenue growth.

 Team responsibilities include:

  • Go-to-market planning and execution
  • Researching and reporting on competitive trends and buying trends by role and vertical
  • Thought leadership content development
  • Developing solution-focused and vertical-specific content to support all stages of the buying cycle
  • Building and implementing campaigns and programs to drive growth within target segments
  • Developing case studies highlighting transformational projects at some of the world’s leading brands
  • Partnering with field enablement to ensure sales teams are able to effectively position and sell LivePerson solutions and win competitive deals
  • What you need for success

Desired experience with the following:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior roles in marketing, product marketing, or product development, with 5+ leading teams in a results-focused environment
  • Excellent writing skills, together with top-notch verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, strategic output under tight deadlines
  • Experience with marketing technology solutions cloud services, and enterprise software systems
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field; Master preferred
