Job Description

A Bit About What We Are Looking For:

  • Develop and Manage internal communication strategies for projects and campaigns supporting numerous internal stakeholders globally as well as across Infobip North America
  • Support and develop internal communication strategies as a part of change management programs across different Infobip verticals
  • Create, edit, plan and deploy communications and content tailored to different internal stakeholders and groups of employees according to their needs through a combination of different communication channels (ESN, newsletters, emails, events, …), with the aim of increasing employee engagement
  • Develop existing internal communication channels alongside the implementation of new internal communication channels in accordance with the needs of different employee groups with the goal to increase dialogue and cooperation among employees
  • Support important milestones and the updates in the company with timely and tailor-made communication to a targeted and specified internal audiences (e.g. Organizational changes, company initiatives…)
  • Support senior Infobip leaders in the regular communication to their teams by helping them in creating suitable formats and content for the selected channels
  • Coordinate internal communication plans with plans of other stakeholders within the company
  • Support cross departmental cooperation with wide variety of departments across Infobip (e.g. Employer Branding, People Operations teams, Transformation…) to position Internal Communications as an integrator in the company to boost the engagement and the sense of belonging to Infobip team
  • Launch new internal communication initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and build positive employee experiences
  • Measure and analyze data with the goal to create new internal communication activities supporting ongoing transformations and changes to engage employees across Infobip

 

Qualifications

What You Need To Be Successful:

  • 5 + years of experience in communications / marketing positions or similar jobs
  • Some International experience (you will be working with multiple time zones and regions)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Creativity and Storytelling
  • Expressed ability to create content and adapt it to different audiences and their needs
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Expressed communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Openness to intensive teamwork
  • Openness to easily gain the trust of colleagues to provide advice for effective communication with a wide range of internal stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of possible and existing internal communication channels 
  • Experience in execution of integrated communication campaigns through offline and online channels
  • Experience in change and transformation communication (e.g. M&A, IPO…)
  • Working experience in ICT industry as an advantage
  • Strong planning skills

Our company is in the Lower Queen Anne area with a beautiful view of Elliott Bay. The office is a short distance to a variety of restaurants/shops.
