Internal Communications Lead

The Challenge
The Internal Communications Lead will report into the Head of People Operations, and partner directly with our global leadership team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a cross-company internal communications strategy. You will involve multiple channels and forums that nurture a deep understanding of our business goals, while driving and supporting our culture.
Expectations for Success
You have developed a holistic communications strategy that authoritatively delivers meaningful content and messaging to Qualtrics’ global employees. You have successfully built a communication framework that ensures consistent messaging through a variety of mediums and channels demonstrating all-hands meetings, our intranet, email, collateral, video, talking points, articles, blogs, social media, etc.
A Day in the Life
- Assess the current communication channels and find opportunities for greater global alignment
- Dedicatedly lead and execute internal communications projects and campaigns that align with our business objectives and core values
- Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to influence a positive culture and engaged workforce
- Collaborate with communications, PR, and marketing colleagues to ensure employees receive appropriate, timely, culturally-sensitive, and creative communications about upcoming announcements, events, and launches
- Find innovative ways to measure employee sentiment and utilize data to drive creative internal communications campaign
About you
You are a premier communicator with an innate ability to read the room and tailor your creative communication strategy according to the audience. You have a validated background of being a thoughtful, and trusted advisor to employees and leaders at all levels. You have crafted out-of-the-box communication strategies to excite, engage and inform employees. At past employers, you were an ambassador of culture and a creative content delivery generator. You have an extensive background in all forms of communications, and an extraordinary formal education to accompany your vast experience.
