Your role is to identify, research and organize missing gaps of information for hundreds of physical locations for a healthcare organization as a part of a critical local search engine optimization strategy. You may seek information from directories, need to speak directly with reception staff on the phone or in person to collect the missing information and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This role is for you if you love research and organizing data, and you’re interested in a career in digital marketing.

You’ll have the opportunity to expand your experience with search marketing and specifically the impact of local search. The work you do will directly affect the local visibility and local KPIs for clients, and their ability to achieve their strategic local SEO goals. You will work with Digital Strategists, and with clients directly, providing expert guidance and implementation. Our local search practice is growing rapidly, and we need someone who is interested in growing with the practice.

What You Do:

• Identify methods for securing the missing gaps of information for physical locations – including over the phone, in person or via online research
• Research and collect the related data
• Enter and organize the data, in a consistent pattern, in tables for upload
• Ensure the accuracy and fidelity of data
• Implement local search optimizations
• Communicate progress regularly with internal stakeholders

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experience with Yext, RIO or Moz Local
• Experience with Google My Business, Bing Maps and Apple Maps
