About the Role: 

Are you a B2B demand generation and customer experience/lifecycle expert?

We are seeking an experienced B2B Customer Lifecycle Manager to lead the development and ongoing management of a world-class provider customer lifecycle program that activates and accelerates revenue and creates long-term customer relationships. We’re looking for a high-impact strategist and customer marketer who can oversee planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing programs that improve lead conversion rate (e.g. lead nurture programs), increase monthly revenue, drive product adoption, and reduce churn. 

In this role you will:

  • Lead ‘always on’ marketing strategy/execution, including new channel activation
  • Understand our customers behaviors and align them with our goals to create an effective lifecycle marketing strategy to improve the lifetime value of our customers
  • Develop a clear end-to-end customer engagement strategy
  • Expand customer relationships being an extension of our Customer Success team
  • Be where our front-line Sales teams don’t have time to be 
  • Own customer expectation communications, ensuring they always know where they stand

About You: 

The ideal person must thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; operate with a strong level of marketing channel intelligence; bring creative ideas and solutions to marketing communications challenges, and manage relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.

You may be the right fit if you have:


  • A B2B background of 4-10 years, with B2B growth marketing experience delivering highly-successful engagement, loyalty and retention strategies
  • SaaS and email experience (this is a MUST!)
  • Deep experience with managing marketing automation including email triggers, batch campaigns, and valuable/snackable content throughout the customer lifecycle
  • The proven ability to develop, execute, and communicate a long-term strategic vision, while also balancing immediate priorities and opportunities in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment with multiple internal decision makers and stakeholders
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including, but not limited to: email, paid media, social, mobile, chat, video, referral programs and landing page/registration page optimization)
  • Pas experience partnering with Marketing Operations and Customer Success teams to analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-sell
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce and performance marketing platforms: e.g. Facebook/Twitter/LI advertising (SEM/AdWords a plus) is essential
  • Analytical mindset that can implement and track meaningful KPIs to make recommendations based on data
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven leadership driving collaboration and results through cross-functional teams and peers.




Travel: Up to 15% travel time anticipated

Work Environment:
