Position Summary:
PHI Direct and Furkin are seeking a dedicated Marketing Administrative Specialist to join their growing team. This role will require strong project management skills, attention to detail and a tenacity to learn new skills. As an Administrative Marketing Specialist, you'll report to the Digital Community Manager in charge of PHI Direct and Furkin's "voice" and you'll be responsible for administrative and creative support for the team.
Candidates for this position have the option to work remotely from anywhere in the US, or out of our Seattle office, depending on their preference.
Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Digital Community Manager and General Manager of PHI Direct and Furkin
  • Generate analytics reporting for marketing and sales teams
  • Reconcile and track financial expenses
  • Data entry and data clean up
  • Monitor brand inboxes and delegate communications as appropriate
  • Support email marketing initiatives, including contact management and campaign creation
  • Support social media content creation and scheduling


Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience


Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong customer service and time management skills
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of social media managements tools for rescheduling and reporting (i.e. Sprout Social, Meltwater or Hootsuite)
  • Understanding of survey management tool (i.e. Survey Monkey)
  • Solid understanding of project management tool (i.e. Trello or Slack)
  • Tenacity in learning new skills, identifying solutions and resolving issues
  • Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively and to meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and responsive with great attention to detail
  • Proficient French writing or French bilingual skills are a plus!
