Come join the team that empowers New Engen to use data to solve our clients' most complex digital marketing challenges! With deep, insightful data solutions, we help our clients grow their businesses by efficiently getting their message out to potential customers. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be primarily engaged in providing complex marketing analyses to New Engen internal stakeholders and clients. You will be responsible for determining and delivering data-backed insights to various stakeholders within client organizations. You will also partner with New Engen’s Performance Marketing team to build analytical processes that address common client needs and challenges.


Responsibilities

 

  • Gather, manipulate, and analyze complex marketing data and build cohesive data stories valuable to both executive and technical audiences
  • Leverage marketing data to develop insights, guide client actions, and drive business initiatives
  • Develop analyses aimed to solve distinct business challenges by determining data requirements, analytical processes, and critical outputs
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings tailored to specific audiences
  • Clearly articulate insights and recommendations based on research and analyses to external stakeholders
  • Educate New Engen Performance Marketing team on insights derived from analyses and how learnings could apply to New Engen’s broader client base

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years in analytical and data-oriented roles
  • Experience with communicating and delivering information in client-facing roles
