Job Details for the Marketing Assistant:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday. (flexible but morning preferred)
• Temporary to Hire potential

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Marketing Assistant

• Responsible for assisting in the routing of marketing leads
• Assist in data hygiene activities in Salesforce.com
• Use the internet to research companies and populate firmographic data 
• Convert leads to contacts associated with accounts

Job Requirements for the Marketing Assistant:

• Previous marketing experience highly desirable
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail 
• Comfortable with internet searching using tools like LinkedIn and Discover.org
