doxo is disrupting bill pay.  We are founded on the simple idea to create a simple, secure way to pay all your bills from a single account. We’re a rapidly growing startup looking for a Marketing Associate to provide exceptional customer support to doxo’s providers (i.e. billers/B2B) and assist our Provider Engagement and Provider Success teams.

 

This role is responsible for account support and satisfaction for doxo’s network of billers.  Our Marketing Associate interacts with providers daily responding to incoming support requests, building relationships, providing awareness to all available doxo resources and services, and escalating internally to uncover new growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with strong verbal and writing skills, detail-oriented, and work with a sense of urgency to manage messaging across email and customer support portals. Experience communicating with customers in public environments like social media platforms for other companies is a plus.
 
Major Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Management team with inbound requests for support and account assistance.
  • Managing Nurture email campaigns and monthly newsletters to doxo providers.
  • Coordinate updates to doxo’s B2B website, including creating and publishing content.
  • Track key performance indicators to generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, providing recommendations for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation and coordinate promotions.
  • Support sales engagements with technical and product know-how.  
  • Follow-up and tracking of issues through to resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work with customers of widely varying technical capabilities and adjust accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly skilled in listening and communicating effectively across a broad spectrum of internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to provide information regarding products and services of the company clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and adept with new software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, prior experience in marketing, account management, or customer service a plus.
