ExtraHop is looking for an energetic Marketing Associate to support our expanding marketing organization.  As a Marketing Associate, and a member of the Demand Generation team, you will play an important role in helping the team meet its pipeline creation goals.  

This is an excellent entry level position for anyone interested in getting exposure -- and contributing -- to a marketing organization with aggressive goals in a high growth industry. In addition, this position will work closely with the entire marketing organization, as well as interfacing with Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage 3rd party content syndication programs, working closely with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations
  • Tactical support of national events and Field and Partner Marketing regional events
    • Work with third party vendors on logistics to support ExtraHop events
    • Keep track of inventory and company store at 3rd party warehouse
    • Brainstorm with marketing team to find creative event entertainment and giveaways
    • Assist in tracking spend to budget from field events
  • Process lead lists for events, webinars and other campaigns as needed
  • Provide content on latest new assets, webinars, and events for bi-weekly communication to Sales
  • Create, submit, and track marketing purchase orders
  • Contribute ideas to demand generation campaigns when needed
  • Assist in ad hoc requests from marketing team

 Skills & Qualifications

  • Self starter who is willing to jump in and help the marketing team when required
  • Well organized and extremely detail oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with project management / event planning software
  • Highly proficient with G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications #LI-BKW
