Yesler is looking to add a Marketing Automation Program Manager to our Global Events Operations Team. As a strategic contributor for Yesler event operations client engagements, you will consult on automation best practices based on a deep understanding of client goals, business processes and system infrastructure.
Key responsibilities• Primary point of contact with client stakeholders
• As a delivery lead, manage the intake and assessment of client requests and distribute work to the team
• Act as the liaison between the client and Yesler's internal service/delivery teams
• Balance client needs and expectations with what the delivery team can produce
• Make automation-related recommendations on business processes, sales and marketing alignment, SLAs, lead lifecycle, campaign management, reporting, and more
• Advise clients, demonstrating expertise and making a compelling case to support recommendations
• Architect solutions in Marketing Automation and CRM systems
• Create and manage lead nurture and event marketing programs
• Build, QA, and deploy campaign assets
• Produce results reports and analysis
• As part of a project team, contribute to roadmapping, scoping, and project planning exercises.
Minimum qualifications• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years' experience in marketing and demand generation disciplines
• 4+ years' experience in one or more marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred). Certification preferred.
• 2+ years' experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SugarCRM, etc.). Certification a plus. 
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams
• In depth understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation best practices and comfort communicating these concepts to high level stakeholders
• Experience leading marketing initiatives and deliverables
• Strategic with creative problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Team player and able to work independently as well
• Strong written and verbal communicator
