About the role

SkyKick is in search of a seasoned marketer to join our team as a Marketing Campaigns Specialist. Your role will span initiatives across the Demand Gen, Product Marketing and Corp Comm teams.

You will be responsible for the planning, management, and reporting of the campaign lifecycle across multiple active and in-development campaigns, working with the rest of the Marketing Team, other internal stakeholders, external agencies and third-party vendors.

You'll take key concepts and content from the other marketing stakeholders and put them into action against specific shared goals. Key activities might include; managing (more tactical-Marketing Automation, more Webinars, Social Media, On Network and Off Network advertising, Email Campaigns and more. 

What you'll be doing

Programs & Campaigns:

  • Project manage key program elements for stakeholders across the Marketing org that span the lifecycle of the program.
  • Build campaigns and programs that generate sales pipeline while incorporating nuances of the buyer’s journey.
  • Develop and iterate upon campaign processes and procedures to create streamlined workflows and continually drive operational efficiency.
  • Partner with and manage external agency resources to ensure on time delivery of key campaign elements including creative, execution and messaging.

Execution & Systems:

  • Be a principal operator of key MarTech platforms to enable campaign success. Platforms include: Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot), Retargeting, ABM and more.
  • Assess and evolve key MarTech platforms to enable the broader marketing team’s success.
  • Actively monitor, analyze and report on tactical campaign elements and use data-driven insights to adjust tactics or initiatives on the fly (using Excel/PowerBI or directly from the platforms).
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and external sales teams to support brand and sales success at key partner events and industry conferences.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years marketing experience, including experience in B2B marketing.
  • 2+ years focused on B2B Demand Gen marketing
  • 3+ years of focused work inside a Marketing Automation platform (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo)
  • 1+ year managing Social Media content calendar and platforms
  • Experience with Channel Marketing programs. Specific experience in the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) space, is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate project status and campaign insights effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data. You live by the dictum – what gets measured, gets done.
  • Ability to strategize, develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of common MarTech platforms and Excel
