About the Role

The marketing team is seeking an enthusiastic marketer for our growing team. This person would help the team plan and execute across marketing disciplines - advertising, content marketing, PR, recruiting marketing and more. This is an exciting role that will help the company build the Xinova brand and scale it as we grow in 2018 and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of a fast-growing marketing team
• Take ownership and lead key marketing projects
• Assist in managing the company’s promotional campaigns
• Brainstorm new ideas for engaging our innovators and customers
• Coordinate marketing budget expenditures
• Represent the company at marketing events

Requirements

• Bachelor's in marketing or equivalent job experience
• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Comfort with learning new skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Comfortable with Office software
• Occasional US and international travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience/interest with a technology or startup company
