About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant at RealSelf to support our Marketing Leadership team. The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter with great problem solving skills and shares in our passion for empowering consumers. As the primary point of contact for the marketing organization, it's important to be able to work independently within an environment of change while maintaining attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. Additionally, this role will be an integral part of our Administrative team, ensuring the company is running cohesively and there is strong cross-functional communication.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as point-person for high-volume, complex scheduling needs. Ensure all meetings are aligned and consistent with marketing leader’s priorities
  • Managing leader’s complex schedule needs and informing of upcoming commitments, projects, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Anticipate needs by becoming knowledgeable of strategic goals and business objectives
  • Prepare expense reports for marketing leaders and reconcile credit card statements on an ongoing basis
  • Organize and coordinate external relations efforts and oversee special projects
  • Draft, format, and proof presentations and documents
  • Travel coordination (flights, hotel, transportation)

About You:

As the eyes and ears of the Marketing organization the ideal candidate must have extraordinary communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs, and operate with proactive, get it done approach.

You may be the right fit if you have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven, highly complex environment that requires strong organizational skills and prioritization
  • High level of confidence in communicating verbally and in writing, with a variety of work styles
  • Team player mentality, with a “no task too small” attitude
  • Intuitive with strong pattern recognition: Able to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and proactive planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills used to develop meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • A proven ability to handle sensitive information and maintain highest level of confidentiality
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience

Travel:

Travel is not anticipated for this role.

Work Environment:

The RealSelf office sits in a historic Pioneer Square building. Employees also have the option to bring their dogs to work!
