DreamBox Learning is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead and expand our marketing team and drive overall market strategy, brand positioning, and the planning, management, and execution of all marketing functions. The Marketing Executive will oversee all marketing activities in order to fulfill the company's growth and impact goals. This position will report to the CEO and will be an integral part of the executive team.

 

We are looking for a passionate storyteller who can set a holistic vision for the marketing organization, foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, champion a deep understanding of the customer at each lifecycle stage, and elevate the company’s brand to enhance awareness. The ideal candidate has experience driving business results through building integrated, industry-focused, high volume programs for B2B SaaS services in the technology sector with strong experience in digital marketing and the analytics that support investment and continuous improvement. Additionally, a balance between creative and technical skills along with a metrics-driven mindset, a high bar for quality, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment are key attributes. Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, overseeing all marketing activities with qualitative insight, a data-driven mindset, and effort towards continuous improvement.
  • Direct and manage the development of marketing strategy and associated execution while staying abreast of the current market conditions and trends to incorporate new innovations that drive brand engagement, lead and customer acquisition, and sustainable long-term sales and profitability.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ignite action that will grow the business.
  • Analyze and disseminate results, evaluating marketing effectiveness and ROI of marketing programs.
  • Drive internal teams to build and deliver timely and integrated marketing plans, GTM campaigns, and alignment to support business objectives and the functional teams that interact with the market.
  • Generate brand awareness by managing strategy for marketing communications, PR, programs, events, etc. to ensure a high level of visibility for the company. Oversee marketing communication including capturing the customer experience through high impact storytelling, branding, public relations, advertising, messaging, segmentation and all other marketing materials.
  • Oversee the evolution and growth of the company's website, blog, SEO, SEM programs, resource center, and other marketing initiatives.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading the development of marketing strategy, branding, thought leadership and PR, and lead generation, with a demonstrated proficiency in developing marketing programs to achieve business targets in a fast-paced, highly-competitive B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven developer of people and talent; experience managing, growing, and leading a team of high-performing (awesome) individuals.
  • Seasoned at creating organizational alignment and action around marketing metrics, measurement, reporting, and automation. Deep familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools is strongly preferred.
  • Expert in positioning products and services with compelling messaging and storytelling that resonates with the full customer experience.
