Snap! Mobile is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our eCommerce team. This is a critical role at Snap! as our eCommerce team is growing at a rapid rate. We are looking for someone to start immediately. Daily tasks include managing requests via Trello consisting of print and digital publications, social media design, and in-email graphics. This role will work directly with our eCommerce Operations Manager on prioritizing marketing for both eCommerce and company-wide requests.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Who you are: 

  • Highly creative with experience in designing digital advertising assets
  • Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Extremely organized with excellent time management skills; ability to re-prioritize when needed
  • A strong communicator with 2+ years of email marketing, social media design, and advertising experience
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and deliver high-quality work 

What you will do as a Marketing Graphic Designer:

  • Work with eCommerce Operations Manager and Marketing team to refine, test and optimize our marketing strategy and tactics with a special focus on e-commerce
  • Design and create copy for targeted advertising and social media designs
  • Develop promotional email strategies to drive direct sales and increase website traffic
  • Build/deploy advertising for special events and promotions
  • Ensure all outreach follows industry standards and best practices 
  • Shared graphic design responsibility for all digital assets 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, product, and customer journeys

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 2+ years of graphic & digital design experience
  • 1+ years of marketing experience in a high-growth technology business 
  • Marketing/Social Design experience
  • Proficient in Print Media
  • Marketing analysis and strategy
  • Experience utilizing social media platforms 
  • Strong copywriting skills - ability to synthesize complex information 
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Google AdWords / E-Commerce SEO Experience 
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
