RoundGlass is seeking a Lead Marketer for our End of Life Solutions Collective who is adept at marketing Saas products B2B and B2C, using data-driven approaches to drive marketing decisions, and is effective in setting milestones and delivering results. You should have hands-on experience launching and growing multiple successful SaaS products, preferably in the Wellbeing space and/or digital health products globally in a fast-paced startup environment. Additionally, you would have digital experience working across brand and product marketing teams. You will be equally comfortable thinking strategically, generating innovative ideas for growth, as well as ensuring tactical level details are executed.

The EOL Marketing Lead holds the crucial responsibility of understanding the End of Life Solutions product, user needs, industry trends, competitive landscape and market insights to develop market strategies for End of Life Solutions. You will play an integral role in generating demand for EOL by creating and positioning an effective value proposition in the market to achieve consumer acquisition.

What you'll do:

  • Shape the development, implementation and execution of strategic marketing plans utilizing a data-driven approach to assessing results and continued improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategy across various channels
  • Understand user’s needs by gathering market and competitive intelligence, analyzing the competitive and industry landscape
  • Plan, implement, and track the success of marketing campaigns, working with sales growth teams and evangelists on lead scoring, reporting, and sales conversions
  • Plan, own, and execute all digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, affiliates and display advertising campaigns
  • Localize all marketing materials for global solutions, including value propositions, messaging positioning, and enablement tools; and ensure local execution is consistent with global messaging
  • Work closely with product management to deliver an outstanding end-to-end experience for our customers and end-users 
  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
  • Build and manage product release plans to drive demand generation and adoption
  • Work with sales growth teams to create engaging product demonstrations that are the basis for customer engagements
  • Develop effective customer training materials
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience using analytics across multiple channels. Monitor user acquisition and retention rates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive growth in user acquisition
  • Post-launch, partner with the sales team to drive sales as part of sales enablement initiatives
  • Optimize spend and performance based on trend insights

Who we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience including B2B and B2C targeting
  • Proven experience in designing campaigns and producing digital marketing materials
  • Proven ability to successfully develop and implement marketing plans while applying the principles of market segmentation, brand management, marketing communications, and database marketing
  • Ability to assist in the evaluation and management of vendors for various contracted marketing services
  • Strong experience in integrating customer needs, product design and technology with an understanding of the health and wellness industry, and an avid researcher of its emerging trends
  • Experience working closely with sales/growth team or background in outbound sales is a plus
  • Extensive experience working with marketing automation tool; HubSpot or Marketo a plus
  • Leadership skills to lead and collaborate across teams
  • Familiarity with tech and start-up environment
