Overview

The goal of this position is to own, develop and execute the marketing strategy for Voleer in the Americas region. This includes lead generation, self-service purchases and sales enablement.

This candidate will meet with customers, and partners to understand their organizational needs in order to develop the appropriate marketing assets required to generate and drive adoption through a self-service shopping cart experience. This person will own the entire funnel and drive changes to the product team in order to streamline the process resulting in quicker time to purchase. In addition to self-service, this person will also create assets that will enable a global sales force to successfully promote and sell the product.

 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a business development mentality, have an entrepreneurial mindset and will continue to iterate processes to drive faster results with an emphasis on customer service. You are curious and a fast learner who will challenge the status quo and work with little or no guidance. We are looking for a detail-oriented marketer with demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and grace under pressure and aggressive timelines.

This position is located at our home office in Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote opportunity.


In this job, you will: 

  • Create and execute marketing plan to drive revenue for a new product
  • Develop and drive new product brand presence, profiles, across events and campaigns
  • Define the new product marketing programs and go-to-market to scale
  • Create content for emails, webinars, datasheets, PowerPoint, and other marketing assets that generate leads and enable sales personnel
  • Write blogs, social media posts and whitepapers
  • Execute global field marketing materials to equip Americas with current marketing assets
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in processes to address needs and assertiveness in working through these opportunities.
  • Track ROI of global marketing activities to insure effectiveness and research new global programs quarterly
  • Manage customer purchasing funnel creation, measuring and optimizations
  • Maintain project marketing schedules

We would love to speak with you if you have:  

  • 5+ years relevant working experience
  • B2B copywriting and product positioning experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% per month
  • Marketing project management skills (campaign development, event management, content development)
  • Experience with marketing automation systems
  • Internal and customer stakeholder management skills
  • Passion and interest in new cloud technology
  • Experience working technology exhibits at tradeshows
  • Ability to write and optimize blog posts, social media posts, 1-pagers, and PowerPoint decks
  • Experience developing, measured and optimized purchasing funnels for SaaS based products
  • Experience in a B2B marketing cloud technology company
  • Experience with partner, distribution, or channel marketing
  • Understanding of SEO Optimization
  • Experience collaborating with Content Designer
  • Experience with CPC advertising and/or digital advertising
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality, considerable judgment and initiative
  • Demonstrated advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
