The Customer Marketing team is dedicated to creating effortless member experiences that help educate and support our members. As a manager, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Marketing and be responsible for setting our half a million pet owners up for success. We are looking for a gritty marketer to join us and tackle some big impact projects.

You’ll be a great fit for the team if you have a bias for action and the hustle to get stuff done, as well as a mindset that can deliver both creativity and data-based decision making

Key Responsibilities Include:

As a member of the Customer Marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the rapid growth of our company. You will drive key retention and loyalty strategies that educate and engage our members during their first year with Trupanion.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering new marketing campaigns (both online and offline) that effectively explain our value proposition to new members.
• Analyzing data to spot insights that lead to the development of targeted campaigns to drive engagement of key customer segments.
• Optimizing marketing communications and campaigns to ensure customer engagement, loyalty, and brand consistency.
• Collaborating with leaders across the business to build new processes to ensure an effortless member experience.
• Planning, launching, measuring and optimizing programs and campaigns.
• Supporting the development and launch of new member communication channels.

Leadership of Others:

While this role won’t have direct reports to start, once onboard, we will start to recruit for supporting team members.

Qualifications (Please include a cover letter with your application!)

Education, Registration & Certification:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Experience leading a team

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Guide content strategy for distinct member segments
• Translate data into insightful and engaging content, impacting decisions and driving performance
• Collaborate and lead change across several customer-facing teams
