Assurance IQ is recruiting a Marketing Manager to manage and scale our Paid Search and Display Accounts. In this role you will be responsible for ownership and the success of your paid media accounts. You’ll be expected to create ambitious goals and find innovative solutions to achieve them. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious marketer who wants to be able to have an immediate impact on a business’s bottom line by finding ways to take our largest accounts to an even greater level of performance.

What will you do:

• Manage and grow multi-million-dollar paid search accounts while hitting company goals
• Develop and scale the display campaigns for your areas of ownership
• Become the subject matter expert for your area of ownership
• A/B test ads and landing pages to find the right messaging
• Identify and execute on opportunities that will have the most significant impact on the company’s goals
• Leverage our internal data to better target and reach our audience as well as develop retargeting strategies
• Come up with creative solutions to take our marketing campaigns to the next level
• Other marketing projects as needed

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience managing paid search campaigns
• Strong track record of growing paid media accounts and unlocking marketing wins
• Strong analytical thinking and data driven marketer
• In-depth knowledge of Google’s automated bidding strategies
• Experience managing 500k+ in monthly spend preferred
• Experience using Google Analytics and GTM preferred
