Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to work on all stages of the customer & carrier journey. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and highly collaborative team that's responsible for delivering magical experiences at every stage of the funnel.
You are comfortable working collaboratively across departments to ensure we deliver the right message to the right audience, at the optimal time, with a hyper-focus on repeatable conversion at scale.
What You'll Do
- Develop, manage and execute end-to-end and ad hoc marketing campaigns focusing on, but not limited to: product adoption, education, compliance, retention, and resurrection
- Map out and continually monitor the customer journey, with the ability to identify high-value customer personas and areas of improvement
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to architect and launch complex, yet magical campaigns and experiences leveraging marketing automation platforms
- Own, establish, benchmark, report, and optimize company accepted KPI’s for all department campaigns and communications
- Develop sustainable and turn-key promotion and/or loyalty levers to nurture and retain customers to promote long-term LTV growth
- Run iterative and extensive experiments with the goal of testing and optimizing channels, content, creative, and cadence
- Collaborate cross-functional teams to develop and ensure that communications are on-brand, customer-centric, precise, and relevant
- Effectively communicate strategy, progress, results, data analysis, and learnings to the entire organization
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in customer marketing, email marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Experience in building independent and collaborative marketing teams
- Deep knowledge of marketing experiment best practices and data/campaign analysis
- Customer-centric mindset
- Understanding of omni-channel messaging best practices including but not limited to email, sms, and push
- Ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple projects, while validating cross-functional resources to ensure the highest impact, especially when involving engineering resources
- Demonstrates curiosity and ability to analyze data and segment customers to drive campaign improvements
- Ability to translate business goals into clearly defined deliverables across departments
- Comfortable with complex reporting tools such as Looker, Excel, and data manipulation such as pivot tables, and vlookups
- Drafting user flows/wireframes is a plus
