Marketing Operations Manager

We serve more than 100M users worldwide directly through our apps and in partnership with mobile device makers like Samsung and mobile carriers like AT&T. We also serve businesses with a rapidly maturing SaaS platform designed to help call center operators, marketers and others who rely on real time connections to amplify trust in their brand to reach more customers.
We are hiring a marketing team to help build our business. The Marketing Operations Manager will work with marketing and sales leadership to build and enhance a marketing technology stack that is flexible and enables great campaign execution and alignment with our sales team. We are a Salesforce.com CRM environment, and will select other compatible tools to support our rapid growth. The marketing operations manager will also help develop and maintain operating KPIs (key performance indicators), monitor campaign performance and ROI and work closely with demand generation managers to design and execute campaigns that drive revenue. We are building a ‘revenue operations’ team to include marketing and sales and drive alignment and joint execution and success in new customer acquisition.
As marketing operations manager you will:
- Own the marketing tech stack. Lead the selection of tools and technology to help meet bookings goals and scaling the business.
- Design processes in concert with CMO and sales leaders that allow flexible campaign execution and monitoring, facilitate easy creation of reporting and analytics and enhance predictability of revenue streams.
- Own and manage email marketing tools for acquisition and nurture.
- Design and enhance the data model for customer acquisition (and customer success in the future) with a view to streamlining and optimizing execution and reporting.
- Monitor campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Be familiar with and able to assess and recommend data tools, ABM platforms, email marketing tools.
You don't have to check all the boxes, but we think these are important requirements for this role:
- 5 years of marketing ops and or revenue ops experience.
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Experience implementing and maintaining Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot or Marketo (you will lead selection of email and marketing automation tools at Hiya). Experience with major ABM platforms.
- Experience with software evaluation and selection.
- People management skills. It is anticipated that this team will grow in the future.
- Ability to manage both long term strategic projects, and competing short term priorities and to help prioritize and sequence.
- You are undaunted by a startup environment (high ambiguity, high urgency, fast-paced, low support structure), and eager to be part of building something new and important.
- You are both analytical and creative at solving complex technology and user experience problems.
- You have exceptional English written and verbal communication skills (speaking a second language is a plus)
- You get that part of your job is to help define and create clarity where it does not currently exist
