Yesler is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Operations Program Manager who will oversee all phases of project delivery with one of our most strategic accounts. This role will work in a dynamic marketing centric environment, regularly collaborating with local clients, global marketers, and agency contributors, to orchestrate their various Global Measurement initiatives for overall digital campaign effectiveness.

We work to tie our client's marketing efforts to specific sales and business targets, demonstrating the return on marketing investment (ROMI) and driving digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead partner relationships and communication, ensuring a high level of transparency and accountability
  • Handle project deadlines to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining a high quality of campaign asset, reporting, and lead management deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for campaign planning and production
  • Use various marketing systems and tools to plan, execute, and report on campaigns
  • Use data to drive campaign innovation, actively making recommendations to key partners
  • Manage campaign communication and documentation across several channels, including SharePoint and other project management tools
  • Work closely with multiple partners and teams to define, document and implement process workflows
  • Use Project Management or Kanban software to track work items and communicate progress to partners effectively
  • Identify and drive Process Optimizations to improve the efficiency of marketing campaign execution and delivery
  • Coordinate with the Yesler Account Team to provide quarterly status updates on projects
  • Build and maintain extensive project documentation on processes, workflows and communication standards

Qualifications and requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, advertising, or related business experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Digital marketing campaign expertise
  • Experience working with project management tools and Kanban software
  • Experience defining and implementing Operational Best Practices in a dynamic environment
  • Prior agency experience preferred
