About the role:
Given our explosive growth, we’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Operations Wizard to work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion and drive bold changes and innovation around our marketing tools automation and strategy. This individual will be part of the Revenue Operations team and the owner of Icertis Marketing Tech stack. You will succeed in this role if you are passionate about solving challenges, relentless in your pursuit to learn new technologies & processes and excel in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Be the liaison between revenue operations and the marketing team
- Manage the technical aspects of our marketing systems (Pardot and Salesforce) to design, deploy and support go-to-market operational processes
- As the Marketing Ops Specialist, you will occasionally assist campaign ops members with campaign operations task including creating and managing forms and landing pages to assisting in building webinar programs
- Establish Data Governance policy, processes, and cadence to help monitor and maintain the overall data quality without our database ecosystem
- Support marketing automation efforts by managing the marketing tech stack, and continuously evaluating and optimizing the features with each tool
- Create documentation for all Demand Gen and Marketing processes, programs, and procedures
- Be responsible for researching new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences by leveraging our Marketing Tools
- Be comfortable with and own training marketing and sales users on process changes or best practices that impact their current workflow. aspects of training the Marketing and Sales teams on any new processes or best practice information that impacts their current workflow
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of experience with central sales tools (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation systems (e.g. Pardot)
- Experience with large scale CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with ABM strategy and ownership of ABM tools and processes
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
- SFDC Pardot Certification
- Experience in Marketing Applications (e.g HUBB, Drift, ON24, Google analytics, DemandBase, Bombora, Zapier, etc.)
- Mastery of Excel. Knowledge of basic relational database concepts / SQL.
- Basic HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience managing multiple projects and balancing competing priorities in an agile and fast paced environment
