Job Description

The Sr. Specialist, Demand Center position will report into the Demand & Marketing Operations organization and be responsible for keeping the overall flow and rythem of projects moving through all marketing teams. You will help marketing keep our efforts aligned to priorities in order to maximize marketing’s abilities to reach our objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals. You will work cross-functionally throughout all teams in marketing and empower marketing leadership with reporting and visibility to make strategic resource decisions.

A day in the life…

  • Manage and prioritize marketing requests as they come through the demand center
  • Track and manage marketing projects
  • Conduct prioritizing meetings with leadership
  • Conduct weekly check-in and planning meeting with all of demand center members
  • Communicate needs, timelines, feedback between stakeholders
  • Facilitate, Manage, schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings to scope requests and ideal outcomes
  • Manage, schedule and conduct project check-in meetings to ensure deliverables are on track and roadblocks are removed
  • Create individual tasks with stakeholders needed to complete projects
  • Manage internal resources for the execution of projects
  • Monitor project plans, updates and statuses
  • Manage marketing capacity and provide feedback to leadership
  • Develop & build, reporting analytics for demand center processes
  • Anticipate and identify potential roadblocks. Determine obstacles and solution obstacles or recommend alternatives to stakeholders
  • Assess project risks and issues and explore solutions. Collaborate and solution cross functionally.
  • Work closely across Design, Content, Member Engagement, Demand Generation, Events, Field Marketing, Product Marketing Internal and External Comms

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

  • Bachelors Degree Marketing and or Advertising a plus 3-5 years
  • Attention to detail
  • Project Management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
  • Great note-taking skills 
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks on multiple timelines
  • Exceptionally organized
  • Able to translate ambiguity into concise notes
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing techniques and methodologies
  • Experience managing projects
  • Process-oriented
  • Demonstrated Technical aptitude
  • Level-headed when unforeseen circumstances arise
  • Jira or Trello experience a plus for collaborating and managing tasks and projects
  • Project Management and or Agile Certificate a Plus
