We are seeking a tenacious Senior Marketing Specialist, Community Growth (North America) team member to join our Community Marketing team, who loves evangelizing a disruptive, new marketing community and wants to be part of a powerhouse, growing, hard-working team. What You'll Do

  • Assist in flawless execution of planning and executing digital campaigns and events that will improve membership acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall health of our North American geo audience segments.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, and continuously strive to optimize and improve member acquisition investments. 
  • Drive promotional activities across a broad range of marketing channels, including advertising, social media, email, direct mail, and more.
  • Collaborate across the community, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on community growth initiatives. 
  • Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

Your Background

  • At least 3-4 years of prior marketing or community based experience.
  • Team player with a strong desire to learn and an ambitious professional drive.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and make firm deadlines. 
  • Creative problem-solver with a desire to assist in end-to-end execution of events. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.

Location

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
