Marketing Manager - Search Engine Marketing

About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager (SEM) to lead our growing paid search programs. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will use creative and technical means to improve the entire funnel from impression to conversion. You will never settle for the status quo and always be in search of what's next. Your goal will be new customer acquisitions, managing a multi-million dollar budget. You can work remotely or out of our Seattle HQ.
You Will:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of our search marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Bing Ads and Apple Search Ads
- Build new paid search campaigns in partnership with the digital marketing team and product marketing, as Remitly grows to serve new countries and products
- Analyze data for regular reporting. Summarize data from several sources into concise, applicable recommendations that can be shared with multiple partners
- Partner with Remitly's other marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop marketing tools promoting marketing at scale
- You will balance budgets across geographies, platforms and tactics while optimizing spend
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in paid search marketing (including RLSA, retargeting, GDN)
- Experience managing large media budgets and meeting/exceeding monthly performance metrics
- Experience with different attribution models and A/B testing to optimize channels for best results
- A desire to understand the customer and what resonates with them
- Experience with responsibilities such as regular reporting, collaborative and thoughtful planning, performance management, and forecasting
